30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging. Items damaged due to misuse, or returned after 30 days, are not eligible.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@snapcarry.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at support@snapcarry.shop.
Wrong Item / Damaged on Arrival
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
